Cheerful, enthusiastic, hard-working, down to earth and ready to go that extra mile best describes Richard. Rich impressed first and then came up with a good price for his work. We had a basic idea of what we wanted and Rich took a hands-on approach making recommendations from the outset, even inspecting the loft before suggesting what could be done. Rich lived up to his superb initial impression taking us through all the planning etc., hoops and even liaising with the Builder to refine his ideas. We felt Rich’s priority was always to provide the best for us.
