The main commercial work that RJG undertakes primarily involves the change of use of an existing building in the first instance. The planning authority has to deem the proposal as an acceptable change of use for a given site / building. Once approved, various applications are usually made with regards to floor layout, advertisement and additions such as pavement cafes etc.
