The house example here is a new build project that is now completed in the area of Eccleston, St. Helens. A property developer bought the semi-detached house to the side, which at the time included this plot of land as a side garden. After separating the property into 2 sites and carrying out some work on the semi, planning permission was granted for this 4 bedroom detached property over 3 floors including 4 bathrooms.
